I view therapy as an opportunity for us to learn together about how you see the world and how the world sees you. My approach is person-centered, collaborative, and compassionate. When working with children, adolescents and families, I value creating an environment where clients feel comfortable expressing themselves in their own way and know that their voices matter. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness and Play Therapy. I recognize that growth looks different for everyone, and therapy isn't about having all the answers. Instead, it's an opportunity to explore your experiences, discover new ways of navigating challenges and developing a deeper understanding of yourself. My goal is to walk alongside my clients throughout that process, helping them recognize their strengths and feel empowered to create meaningful change at their own pace.

About Me
I chose to become a mental health counselor because I care deeply about advocacy and helping people feel seen, heard, and understood. I believe everyone deserves to have their experiences taken seriously and to have a space where they can express themselves openly without feeling judged or misunderstood.
Outside of the therapy room, I'm happiest when I'm exploring the outdoors. I'll almost always choose being outside over staying indoors, and I'm grateful to live near hiking trails that make it easy to get out and enjoy nature. I'm also a big movie lover and appreciate the way films can capture the complexity of human experiences, emotions, and relationships. My current favorite is Perfect Days. Whether I'm enjoying a good film or spending time outdoors, I appreciate the little things that make life feel meaningful.
