Come as you are, even if it's not your best—no judgment, no pressure to have it all figured out. My role is to walk alongside you, helping you make sense of what you’re experiencing while building tools, insight, and confidence along the way. My approach to therapy is collaborative, flexible, and grounded in authenticity. I strive to create an affirming, non-judgmental space where clients can explore challenges like body image, identity, anxiety, and life transitions at their own pace. My experience working in higher levels of care has made me comfortable confronting the more difficult sides of life. I am also passionate about supporting young people through making some of the biggest decisions in their lives such as college, job prospects, and learning what it means to go out into the world.
I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches within a trauma-informed and interpersonal framework, tailoring my work to each individual rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all model. I view therapy as a team process that makes room for both the hard moments and humor, recognizing that growth isn’t always linear, and focusing on supporting clients in a way that feels empowering, realistic, and sustainable. I frequently utilize modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Play Therapy, Family-Based Treatment, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
