Eleri Irish, MSW, LCSW-A

Eleri Irish is a Licensed Clinical Social Work Associate (LCSW-A) in the state of North Carolina who received her Master of Social Work from the University of Michigan.  Eleri is committed to helping children, adolescents, and young adults who need assistance with anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD, and behavioral concerns.

Eleri creates a safe and supportive environment where individuals feel empowered to explore their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors openly.  She uses a holistic and strength-based approach, examining all aspects of an individual and family when considering treatment options and emphasizing strengths to meet client goals.  Eleri integrates elements of several research-supported therapy modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, play therapy, and adventure/experiential therapy into her practice.  She believes in individualizing care and using aspects from each modality when appropriate.  She is committed to being collaborative and client-centered to promote healing and long-lasting change through prevention, intervention, and psychoeducation.

Above all, Eleri is dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of her clients. Through her warmth, empathy, and expertise, she strives to empower individuals to overcome obstacles, cultivate inner strength, and reach their full potential.

In her free time, Eleri enjoys spending time outside on walks or playing tennis.  She loves traveling, spending time with family, and trying new ice cream or cookie recipes.
